Vortex grinding machines are suitable for deburring, removing burrs, and removing rough edges from various silicone materials.
They are also suitable for small workpieces and high-precision grinding operations.
They offer strong cutting force and uniform grinding force.
The inner tank can be tilted and features fully automatic material discharge, saving unnecessary manpower.
The exterior is electrostatically powder-coated, making it resistant to aging, acid, and corrosion. Both the rotating disc and the fixed tank are made of aluminum alloy, making them lightweight and wear-resistant. The 12-sided PU-lined grinding tank...
The upward centrifugal motion is approximately 15 times faster than traditional vibratory grinding machines.
A special sealing nozzle design prevents small workpieces and grinding materials from entering, thus extending motor life.
They provide high-capacity deburring, chamfering, and surface polishing.
I. The main body of the vortex machine (also known as a vortex finishing machine or water jet machine) mainly consists of a grinding tank, base, and electrical cabinet.
1. Grinding Tank: Composed of a bottom rotating disc and a polygonal fixed grinding tank. The inner wall of the grinding tank is lined with high-wear-resistant polyurethane (PU) material, imported from abroad. This PU material boasts high strength and wear resistance, reduces machine noise, and extends the machine's lifespan. The fixed grinding tank is interchangeable; after the lower part wears out, it can be flipped and reinstalled, reducing user costs. The grinding tank is integrated with the motor and can be tilted forward 105 degrees using the handle for easy removal of the workpiece and abrasive. After resetting, the rotating disc should be immediately secured with the locking device to ensure safe machine operation.
2. Base: Constructed from welded steel plates, with a water receiving tray in the center. During machine operation, wastewater from the grinding tank can be directly drained into the water receiving tray, and then discharged through the drain outlet at the bottom of the tray.
3. Electrical Cabinet: Composed of an independent enclosed enclosure, the control panel features time control, frequency conversion speed regulation, start, and stop buttons. The machine's operation is controlled via these buttons.
II. Working Principle of the Eddy Current Machine (Water Flow Machine)
The eddy current machine (water flow machine) utilizes the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the bottom rotating disc to create strong friction between the workpiece and abrasive within a fixed groove, forming a spiral eddy current motion. This high-speed rotation and spiral tumbling of the workpiece and abrasive allows for uniform deburring or polishing of the processed parts in a very short time, achieving the desired processing effect.
