Automatic Vortex Grinding Machine Introduction
1. Performance and Applications
1. This machine is a new type of fully automatic, high-efficiency, mobile finishing machine. It features high automation, attractive appearance, reasonable structure, convenient operation, wide speed range, balanced operation, low noise, and high grinding efficiency. This machine effectively solves the problems of workpiece overlap and uneven grinding encountered in vibratory finishing machines. Especially for small and medium-sized workpieces with thick oxide films and large burrs, processing with vibratory machines is difficult and time-consuming, while mobile finishing machines can achieve ideal results in a very short time, improving surface finish by more than two levels. The grinding efficiency is 10 times that of vibratory finishing machines and more than 20 times that of drum finishing machines.
2. This machine can be widely used in various industries for deburring, chamfering, descaling, and polishing of metal and some non-metallic stamped parts, machined parts, castings, forgings, and heat-treated workpieces. It provides the ideal processing equipment, especially for small and medium-sized parts with complex shapes, large burrs, and thick oxide scale.

2. Structure and Working Principle
(I) Main Structure
1. Grinding Tank: Composed of a bottom rotating disc and a polygonal fixed grinding tank. The grinding tank is lined with a considerable thickness of high-strength, high-wear-resistant polyurethane (PU) for durability. The grinding tank is integrated with the motor and can automatically rotate forward 130° via a control button to automatically discharge the abrasive and workpiece.
2. Vibrating Screen: Welded from steel plates, the screen is equipped with a steel mesh frame. The screen mesh can be changed at will according to the size of the workpiece and abrasive to achieve automatic material distribution.
3. Machine Base: Welded from square steel. The lower part is a water receiving tank, where wastewater generated during operation can be discharged through the drain outlet at the bottom of the tank.
4. Automatic Feeding Mechanism: Employs a hydraulic transmission device, which can automatically add abrasive and workpiece into the grinding tank via a control button.
5. Electrical Cabinet: Composed of an independent enclosed enclosure. The operation of the entire machine is controlled by various indicator buttons on the panel.
(II) Working Principle
The mobile finishing machine utilizes the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the bottom rotary table to create strong friction between the workpiece and the abrasive within a fixed groove, forming a spiral vortex motion. This causes the workpiece and abrasive to rotate at high speed and tumble in a spiral motion. Therefore, the processed parts can achieve the desired effect in a very short time.
